apers submitted to CSP-2019 should be written in English, papers schould have 4-5 pages (Better to submit papers of 4 pages) .

Authors are invited to start by submitting their abstracts (02 pages) or full papers in English before 15 February 2019. Final version should be submitted before 15 March 2019. Papers in French will be considered in a special francophone Session (ATS-2019)
